Amazing! Bit apprehensive at first as it was quite dark but soon adjusted, The temperature was nice and relaxing as I got more confident with it. I closed the capsule, although felt it could be more brighter. I feel on cloud nine, muscles feel relaxed. Fantastic, friendly service, with great after care and loved the Chill Out area. Beautiful decor, fab curtains + sofas. Above all, a nice warm, friendly service.

First time and quite extraordinary. Floating, nicely woozy, silly smile, limbs and joints feel happy. I'm certain this raises serotonin levels. I'm very very glad to have done this. A mental detox. A reminder that physical relaxation actually exists. In the dark can open your eyes. Life may never be easy, but it is good to know there's a way to clarity and simplicity. Floating is good.
