Just an hours private float in our state of the art tanks will give you profound relaxation, freedom from stress and drug-free pain relief. The warm Epsom salt water gently supports your entire body even if you cannot swim and leaves your skin feeling silky smooth

Floating effortlessly in just 10 inches of water,  You have total control of your floating environment. You can choose to float with the hood up or down and whether you have the soft internal tank lights on or off

The tanks are also wired for sound and you can choose from a selection of relaxation and meditation CD's to have gently playing to help you float and relax. You can also bring in your own music or spoken word if you wish. We can play tape and CD (regular or MP3)

It is widely known that relaxing sleep in bed is essential to good health and is often the best way to recover from stress and illness.  Our bodies have amazing powers of recuperation and we just need the chance to relax to let these powers work. 

Floating is even more beneficial. Originally known as "isolation tanks" in the 1950's, tank design has evolved immensely since then and they can help you achieve a deep relaxation state allowing the body to recover from stress and other conditions.  Pain is relieved,  blood flow is stimulated through all the tissues, natural endorphins are released and the brain gives  out alpha waves which are associated with relaxation and meditation.                                                       

We have 3 tanks, each in their own private room together with their own shower.  They are filled with just 10 inches of body temperature water and in which there is dissolved ¹/₃ of a ton of Epsom Salts to give buoyancy and proven health benefits similar to the Dead Sea.

It was paramount to us at the conception of floatation that everyone have the opportunity to float and we are proud to have the only specially manufactured "Tranquility" tank in the world  that allows our less mobile clients and clients who use wheelchairs access to this wonderful experience.

The thoughtfully designed room has a wheelchair accessible shower and we also have our own shower wheelchair.

For those clients with limited mobility, we have a special transfer system for moving from their wheelchair to our shower wheelchair. Additionally in this room, we have a hydraulic hoist to transfer clients into the tank if required.
